- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment and reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

? What We’re Looking For

Candidates with robust hands-on experience in .NET development along with experience in technical leadership, application architecture and team mentoring.

Experience with Azure/AWS, microservices, Docker and Agile will be an added advantage.
