What You'll Do:

- Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain robust features using React, TypeScript, and Node.js/NestJS depth, backed by PostgreSQL and ORM-based data access.
- AI Integration: Design and ship real AI-enabled product features or workflows involving LLM/model APIs, asynchronous integrations, structured output/tool use, retrieval/search, or guardrails (personal prompting alone does not satisfy this requirement).
- Cloud & Infrastructure Ownership: Own AWS production infrastructure (ECS/EC2, ALB, RDS, S3, IAM), implement Terraform or equivalent IaC, and manage secure CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
- Reliability & Observability: Drive production troubleshooting, observability, and automated testing to ensure high system availability.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Experience: ~5–8 years of hands-on production engineering experience.
- Core Tech Stack: Robust proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, and REST API design/validation/authentication.
- DevOps & Cloud: Docker, GitHub Actions (or equivalent CI/CD), and AWS production ownership (ECS/EC2, ALB, RDS, S3, IAM) with Terraform/IaC.
- AI/Automation Execution: Demonstrated history of shipping or materially contributing to a production AI workflow utilizing LLMs, webhooks, structured outputs, evaluation, or search/retrieval. Experience integrating workflow tools like n8n or Python/FastAPI model services is a strong plus.

Good-to-Have / Nice-to-Have:

- Direct experience with our stack libraries and patterns: Vite, React Router, Tailwind/shadcn/Radix, TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form/Zod, Prisma, Nx/pnpm monorepos, SWC, Jest/Vitest/Playwright/pytest, FastAPI, n8n, Cloudflare,



and Mailgun.
- Familiarity with ECS service-connect, mTLS, OIDC-based AWS deployment, KMS/SSM/Secrets Manager, CloudTrail/Config/Backup/Budgets, and container supply chain hardening.
