We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real-world engineering challenges, building scalable applications, and taking ownership of projects from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and Node.js.
- Develop high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and integrations.
- Design and work with MongoDB databases for efficient data management.
- Develop and maintain applications using Microservices Architecture.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.




- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Take ownership of features and projects from development through deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Next.js
- Robust knowledge of Node.js
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB
- Strong understanding of JavaScript
- Experience with Express.js or Fastify
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend development
- Knowledge of Git/version control and standard software development practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

- Experience working on high-traffic or high-scale applications
- Experience with production deployments
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of System Design
- Experience with application performance optimization
- Understanding of scalable and distributed systems
