Company Description Scenearix is an experiential marketing education and simulation platform that helps students, educators, and business professionals practice real-world marketing decisions in a risk-free setting. The platform models digital marketing scenarios such as PPC, search advertising, keyword bidding, budgeting, competitive dynamics, campaign performance, and ROAS.

Learners make strategic decisions and immediately see the impact of those choices, while educators can use these simulations to assess practical skills and decision-making. By combining simulation-based learning, performance analytics, and guided instruction, Scenearix bridges the gap between theoretical marketing education and real-world execution. The team is focused on building scalable, data-driven products that improve how marketing is taught and practiced.

Role Description The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain features for Scenearix’s web-based simulation platform in an on-site, full-time role based in Pune District. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, and integrating data and analytics into the product experience.

The developer will collaborate with product, design, and education teams to translate user needs into technical solutions,



ensure application performance and reliability, and participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation. The role also involves improving existing codebases, enhancing security and scalability, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development process.

Qualifications

- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive and accessible UI design.
- Solid Back-End Web Development experience, including RESTful APIs, database design, and server-side frameworks.
- Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is beneficial.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in education technology, digital marketing, or simulation-based learning is a plus.
