About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend development skills and practical experience in AI workflows, automation and customer relationship management systems.

In this role, you will develop, improve and scale web and mobile applications, build backend systems and APIs, and implement AI-powered workflows and business automation. You will also help enhance internal customer management processes, including lead tracking, customer communication, follow-ups, sales pipeline visibility, reporting and workflow-based task management.

You will work with CRM platforms without being limited to a specific product or vendor. The focus will be on integrating CRM capabilities with applications, databases, communication tools and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems and REST APIs.
- Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs, AI APIs and automation tools.
- Build API integrations and automated workflows across multiple systems.
- Integrate applications with CRM systems for lead, customer and sales process management.
- Support CRM workflows, including lead assignment, follow-ups, notifications, activity tracking and reporting.
- Improve application performance, functionality and user experience.
- Work with databases, cloud services and third-party integrations.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes across sales, support and operations.
- Debug, test and continuously improve existing applications.




- Collaborate with the product and founding teams on new features and technology initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js or Next.js.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Practical understanding of AI and LLM workflows, including AI API integration.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and automation platforms.
- Experience integrating CRM systems or similar business management platforms.
- Understanding of CRM concepts, including leads, contacts, accounts, activities, pipelines, follow-ups and reporting.
- Experience with Git and cloud deployment.
- Good understanding of application architecture and security.
- Robust problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI agents or AI-powered applications.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with websites, mobile applications, email, messaging or support platforms.
- Experience building dashboards, reports or workflow-based business tools.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience developing mobile applications.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of scalable and event-driven architectures.
