Full Stack Developer - AI Applications

Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer, comfortable across frontend and backend, to join our

AI-based application team. You'll work directly with our Data Science team, owning features end-to-end from design to final deployment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. This is a startup environment - expect quick iteration and evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development: Design and build user-facing web applications using HTML, CSS,

JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Backend Development: Build and maintain server-side logic using Python (FastAPI) or similar languages; manage database interactions.

API Development & Integration: Build and integrate RESTful APIs connecting frontend and backend components.

Database Management: Design, implement, and manage databases, ensuring data integrity,

security, and performance. Version Control & Collaboration: Use Git/GitHub to track changes and collaborate with the team.

Deployment & DevOps: Automate deployments, manage cloud infrastructure (AWS), and maintain

CI/CD pipelines.

Security: Apply security best practices authentication, authorization, data encryption.

Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance issues.

AI/ML Integration: Integrate outputs from Data Science models into backend and frontend workflows, ensuring smooth data flow between model predictions and user-facing features.

Model-Serving Support:



Build APIs and services to expose Data Science model outputs to end users reliably and at scale.

AI Feature Development: Translate Data Science team requirements into working product features,

from data pipeline to UI.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

2- 5 years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Technical Skills

Proficiency in frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like React.js, Angular,

or Vue.js

Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI) or similar languages (Ruby, Java, PHP, .NET)

Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle

Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control

Working knowledge of AWS (or similar cloud platforms)

Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms

Ability to design effective solutions for complex problems using system design principles

Understanding of web application security principles

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt in a start-up environment
