Job Summary

FSA Analyst - Bangalore, Karnataka. Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform initial validation checks on automated financial reports generated by the Financial Statement Analyzer tool which includes Balance Sheet, Profit Loss, Cash Flow, and financial ratios.

- Support cross-checking data accuracy and completeness in financial statements against provided source documents or systems.

- Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or anomalies, and liaise with relevant internal teams for resolution.

- Contribute to ensuring reports meet defined timelines (TAT) and quality standards.

- Assist in preparing and maintaining MIS reports related to financial data validation.

- Support collaboration with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and assist in providing clarifications.

- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for the financial reporting and validation process.

- Maintain basic records of validation findings and contribute to audit trails for compliance and review purposes.

Requirements

- Qualification:



M.Com or MBA in Finance preferred, or CA Inter. Alternatively, any graduate with banking experience specifically in CMA/CAM preparation.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in banks/NBFCs specifically in CMA/CAM preparation.

- Basic understanding about financial statement analysis is required.
