Calibre 65 is a Singapore-based luxury watch retailer looking for a Frontend Developer with strong UI/UX and Figma skills to support the continued development of our internal business operations platform.

The role is focused on building clean, modern and user-friendly interfaces for dashboards, CRM, inventory, sales workflows, reporting and internal business tools.

You will work closely with our Sri Lanka-based Senior AI Automation Engineer and business teams across sales, operations and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Build clean, responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and JavaScript
- Improve existing UI/UX and business workflows
- Develop dashboards, forms, tables, filters, search and management screens
- Work with Figma to create or refine UI designs, wireframes, components and layouts
- Translate Figma designs into polished, responsive and reusable frontend components
- Maintain visual consistency across the application
- Build reusable and maintainable React components
- Work with APIs and integrate frontend features with existing backend services
- Handle API responses, loading states, validation, errors and frontend data synchronisation
- Improve responsiveness, usability, accessibility and frontend performance
- Identify and improve poor frontend structure or duplicated UI patterns
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to turn requirements into practical frontend solutions

Skills We Are Looking For

- Strong React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles
- Strong responsive web development skills
- Hands-on experience with Figma
- Ability to create or work with:
- wireframes
- prototypes
- reusable Figma components
- Auto Layout
- variants
- typography and colour styles
- spacing and layout systems
- Ability to accurately convert Figma designs into React interfaces
- Experience building reusable frontend components
- Experience with dashboards, forms,



tables and business applications
- REST API integration experience
- Understanding of authentication, permissions and API-driven workflows
- Familiarity with JSON and frontend-backend integration
- Git / GitHub

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Shadcn UI, AWS, design systems, accessibility or animation libraries would be an advantage. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design, spacing, consistency and usability, who can build interfaces that are not only functional but also polished, intuitive and professional.

Figma & Design-to-Development

This role requires more than simply receiving a completed Figma design and converting it into code.

Candidates should be comfortable

- creating or refining interface designs in Figma
- working with components and Auto Layout
- making reasonable UI/UX decisions
- identifying missing states or inconsistencies in designs
- converting Figma designs into reusable, responsive React components
- preserving design intent across desktop and mobile

Candidates should ideally include

- Figma links
- portfolio
- GitHub
- live projects
- screenshots of previous UI/frontend work
