Chirag Home is a real estate company looking for a Telesales & Front Desk Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, following up with prospective customers, generating sales leads, and managing the reception/front desk.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle customers professionally while working toward sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Sales
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide basic information about properties.
- Schedule property visits and appointments with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Work toward monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
Reception & Front Desk
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Manage the reception area and ensure a professional first impression.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client visits.
- Assist with basic administrative and front-office tasks.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding walk-in customers and appointments.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Presentable, polite, and well-organized.
