Role Description The Electro Mechanical Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, supporting installation, commissioning, and maintenance of entrance automation systems and related equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical issues in gates, barriers, doors, and related systems. The technician will work with electrical and mechanical components, ensure equipment safety and reliability, and respond to service calls at customer locations as needed.

The role also involves documenting work performed,



coordinating with the service team, and communicating clearly with clients to explain findings, timelines, and recommended solutions. Collaboration with supervisors and engineers to improve service procedures and uphold quality standards is expected.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in equipment maintenance and corrective maintenance, with experience working on electro-mechanical systems or automation equipment.
- Knowledge of electricity and basic electronics, including safe handling of electrical components and adherence to relevant safety standards.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose faults and implement effective repairs.
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals, and to use standard tools and testing instruments.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for on-site service visits and to work flexible hours when required for urgent maintenance needs.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, with commitment to safety and professional service standards.
