Candidates must have practical working experience in Tally ERP. Candidates without Tally ERP experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update business and accounting-related data accurately in Tally ERP.
- Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and other transaction entries.
- Enter and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Verify data and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain and update customer, vendor, and product records in Tally.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing of records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams for data collection and verification.
- Prepare Excel reports and data summaries as required.
- Ensure all entries are completed accurately within the required TAT.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial and business information.
- Support the Accounts team with day-to-day data entry and documentation activities.

Required Skills

- 0–3 years of relevant experience in Data Entry / Accounts Data Entry / Back Office.




- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in invoice, purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com , B.Com(Accounting & finance), BBA
- Candidates with an Accounts, Commerce, or related educational background will be preferred.
