We are looking for a creative and technically capable Web Designer who can design modern, responsive and conversion-focused websites, landing pages and digital experiences.

JOB SUMMARY The Web Designer will be responsible for designing and improving websites, landing pages, campaign pages and other digital interfaces.

The candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, Sales and Technology teams to create websites that are visually attractive, mobile-friendly, user-friendly and focused on business objectives.

The ideal candidate should understand both UI/UX design and practical web development fundamentals .

1. UI/UX Design

Create user-friendly interfaces with strong focus on:
- User experience
- Navigation

- Conversion-focused design

1. Landing Page Design

Create high-converting landing pages for:
- Lead generation
- Sales campaigns
- Recruitment campaigns

Design pages with explicit: Headline → Benefits → Social Proof → Offer → CTA → Lead Form

1. Responsive Web Design

Ensure websites work properly across:

Basic knowledge of:

Coordinate with the creative team to use:

- Icons
- Product images

Ensure that visual elements are consistent with the brand identity.
1. Website Performance & Optimization

Pay attention to:
- Page loading speed
- Image optimization
- Mobile performance
- User experience
- Broken links
- Forms
- Buttons
- Navigation
- Basic SEO structure

Coordinate with developers/SEO teams for technical improvements.
1. SEO-Friendly Design

Understand basic SEO requirements such as:
- Proper headings
- Page structure
- Mobile responsiveness
- Image alt text
- Internal linking
- URL structure
- Page speed
- Search-friendly content placement

1. Website Maintenance

- Update existing websites.
- Add new pages.
- Modify layouts.
- Update banners and graphics.
- Fix basic design issues.
- Improve outdated sections.
- Maintain consistent design across websites.

1. Conversion Rate Optimization

Review website performance and identify opportunities to improve:
- CTA placement
- Lead forms
- Navigation
- Page structure
- Content hierarchy

- Conversion flow

Work with the marketing team to improve lead-generation performance.
1. Competitor & Website Research

Research competitor websites to identify:
- Design trends
