Position Overview

- Role: Freelance Sales Representative / Consultant

Role Summary We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Freelance Sales Professional to help expand our customer base. You will independently manage outreach, nurture leads, present our product/service value, and close deals. This role suits a self-starter who thrives in autonomous environments and has a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and reach out to potential prospects via cold calling, email outreach, networking, or social selling (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Pitching & Demos: Deliver clear, compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Objection Handling: Address customer pain points, answer queries professionally, and successfully overcome objections to close sales.
- Pipeline Management:



Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and deal stages using our CRM or tracking tools.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales milestones, conversion rates, or revenue targets within the designated timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or account management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive with a robust entrepreneurial work ethic.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Zoom/Google Meet, and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).

Compensation Structure
- Model: Competitive commission structure (e.g., 10%–30% per closed deal) or a base retainer plus performance bonuses.
- Payout Terms: Milestone-based or monthly payout upon verified deal completion.
