Role Description The French B2 role at Revival Mastery is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. In this role, the team member will communicate with French-speaking clients and partners at an upper-intermediate level (B2), handle inquiries, and provide clear information about programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating and interpreting French and English communication, drafting emails and basic documents in French, and supporting customer experience through accurate and timely responses.





The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records of interactions, and contributing to the improvement of French-language content and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong command of French at B2 level (CEFR) with clear, accurate spoken and written communication.
- Ability to understand and translate French and English documents, emails, and conversational exchanges.
- Customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication with diverse clients.
- Basic computer literacy, including email tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple conversations, follow up on requests, and maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in language support, customer-facing roles, or education/training environments is an advantage.
- Relevant certification or coursework in French language studies; a degree in languages, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, collaborate with a multicultural team, and adapt to evolving processes and goals.
