OnDigi is an AI-first growth marketing agency working with home care agencies, clinics, estate agents, and trades across the UK. We run performance marketing and AI call intelligence — this role closes the loop between "enquiry generated" and "client signed."

About the role

Our campaigns bring in warm, enquiries from families looking for home care. You'll call them back quick, qualify the need with empathy, and book them into an assessment. You're the human layer that turns ad spend into signed clients for Home Care agencies, and as we bring on more home care clients, this becomes a recurring freelance pipeline rather than a one-off gig.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to inbound enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email) within a fast SLA — speed-to-lead is the single biggest driver of conversion in this sector
- Qualify each enquiry (care need, urgency, hours, location, budget)
- Book qualified enquiries into the client's assessment/consultation calendar
- Chase warm/cold leads that didn't convert on first contact




- Log every enquiry and outcome in CRM
- Report weekly enquiry → booking → signed-client numbers
- Flag which campaigns/keywords are producing the best-quality enquiries
- Handle every call with genuine empathy — most callers are family members making a hard decision about an elderly relative's care

Requirements

- Previous telesales, appointment-setting, or phone-based sales experience
- Fluent, native-level spoken English with a natural, easily-understood tone for a UK audience — you'll be building trust with British families over the phone, so clarity and warmth matter more than anything else
- Own equipment: reliable internet, quiet home working space, phone/headset
- Need to work at UK time zone

Nice to have

- Home care, healthcare, insurance, or another emotional-purchase sector experience
- Prior freelance/agency-side work (used to representing someone else's brand)

Payment

- 25k to 30k Per Month
