OnDigi is an AI-first growth marketing agency working with home care agencies, clinics, estate agents, and trades across the UK. We run performance marketing and AI call intelligence. This role closes the loop between "enquiry generated" and "client signed."

About the role

Our campaigns bring in warm enquiries from UK families looking for home care. You'll call them back fast, qualify the need with empathy, and book them into an assessment. You're the human layer that turns ad spend into signed clients for home care agencies, and as we bring on more clients, this becomes a recurring freelance engagement.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to inbound enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email) within a fast SLA, since speed-to-lead is the biggest driver of conversion in this sector
- Qualify each enquiry (care need, urgency, hours, location, budget)




- Book qualified enquiries into the client's assessment/consultation calendar
- Chase warm and cold leads that didn't convert on first contact
- Log every enquiry and outcome in CRM
- Report weekly enquiry → booking → signed-client numbers
- Flag which campaigns and keywords bring the best-quality enquiries
- Handle every call with genuine empathy. Most callers are family members making a hard decision about an elderly relative's care.

Requirements

- Previous telesales, appointment-setting, or phone-based sales experience
- Excellent spoken English with a transparent, warm, easily understood tone for UK callers
- Comfortable working UK business hours
- Own equipment: reliable internet, quiet workspace, laptop and headset
- India-based, able to work as an independent contractor

Nice to have

- Experience with UK customers or UK-market calling
- Home care, healthcare, insurance, or another sensitive-sector sales background
- Prior freelance or agency-side work

Payment

- ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, fixed, no commission
