De Luzex is looking for a Freelance Brand & Creative Content Strategist who can help shape how our brand looks, communicates, and is perceived in the market.

We already have an in-house designer. We are looking for someone who can lead the creative direction, develop the content strategy, and guide our designer to create meaningful, distinctive, and consistent brand communication.

We don't want content that simply says “premium,” “luxury,” or “high quality.” We want the design, storytelling, photography, ideas, and execution to make people feel it.

What You'll Do

- Develop the overall creative and content direction for De Luzex
- Build content strategies for product launches, campaigns and brand communication
- Develop original concepts and ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn and other brand platforms
- Create clear creative briefs and guide our existing designer on:

1. Visual direction
2. Layout and composition
3. Typography
4. Photography style
5. Colour and visual language
6. Storytelling

- Turn product ideas into interesting stories and campaigns, rather than just product posts
- Plan launch campaigns with a connected story from teaser → reveal → product story → application → brand story
- Identify opportunities to create content around lighting, architecture, interiors, materials, craftsmanship and design
- Guide the team on what should be photographed, filmed or designed
- Help develop a recognizable De Luzex visual identity and creative language
- Review and improve creative output before publishing
- Research relevant design, architecture and branding trends and translate them into original ideas for De Luzex
- Continuously push the brand toward more distinctive, authentic, and thoughtfully designed communication





What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:
- Thinks like a brand builder, not just a social-media manager
- Has solid creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Understands how design creates brand perception
- Can confidently guide and give direction to designers
- Has a strong understanding of visual composition and aesthetics
- Can develop ideas from scratch rather than relying on templates or trends
- Understands architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting, fashion, hospitality or other design-led brands
- Knows how to make a brand feel distinctive without repeatedly using words like “luxury” or “premium”
- Has a strong portfolio showing real creative thinking and brand work
- Is comfortable working with a founder and taking an idea from concept → strategy → creative direction → execution

ImportantThis is a freelance role to start with. We are not looking for someone simply to:

❌ Make Canva posts

❌ Upload social media content

❌ Follow generic content calendars

❌ Copy competitors or trending templates

❌ Write repetitive “premium/luxury” captions
