Key Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fraud Detection & Prevention.
- Robust experience in Transaction Monitoring & Fraud Investigations.
- Hands-on experience in performing 360 reviews of fraud alerts triggered due to threshold violations in fraud detection systems.

Key Requirement:

- Perform 360 reviews and investigations of alerts triggered by fraud detection systems.
- Analyze alerts based on predefined thresholds and fraud indicators.
- Investigate different fraud types, including Account Takeover (ATO), Payment Takeover (PTO), Transfer of Account (TOA), Identity Theft, ATO Scam, and First-Party Fraud.
- Conduct detailed transaction reviews to identify suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Perform transaction monitoring and support fraud investigation activities.
- Document investigation findings and take appropriate action based on alert outcomes.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to support fraud detection and prevention initiative.
