We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to drive the expansion of Brainy Bears Play School across the Madhya Pradesh region, starting from Jabalpur.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in play school operations along with robust sales and marketing skills to manage franchise growth, admissions, and associated product sales.
KEY REQUIREMENTS-
- Lead franchise expansion initiatives across MP by identifying potential locations and partners.
- Oversee end-to-end play school administration, ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality benchmarks.
- Drive admissions through local marketing campaigns, events, and community engagement activities.
- Promote and sell educational books and related products to franchisees and customers.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to franchise owners and their teams.
- Monitor franchise performance and suggest improvements for revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing, operations, and academic support.
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in play school/ preschool operations, franchise management, or education sector.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end school administration.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Ability to drive franchise sales and meet expansion targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in preschool/play school chains or education franchises.
- Exposure to admissions management and book/related product sales
