About Us

Burger or Chai (BoC) is a rapid-growing QSR brand by Indinom Foods, built from a 200 sq ft store in Sion to a multi-city franchise network. We're bootstrapped, we're scrappy, and we move fast. We have 30-35 stores in pipeline right now and need someone to own the end-to-end launch machine.

The Role

You come in after the franchise deal closes. From that point — site scoping to store launch to revenue growth — it's yours. You'll work directly with franchise partners, vendors, and internal teams to get stores open on time and profitable fast.

This is a ground-up execution role. Not a coordinator. An owner.

What You'll Do

Store Setup & Launch

- Lead site scoping with brokers and franchise partners — space feasibility, BoC spec compliance
- Assign and manage vendors across civil, electrical, plumbing, furniture, and signage
- Own the full store opening checklist (130+ tasks) — track milestones, resolve blockers, no slippage
- Be the single point of accountability for franchisee during the entire setup phase

Internal Coordination

- Brief marketing, design, and social teams for launch assets — coordinate timelines, ensure on-time delivery
- Manage cross-functional dependencies without escalating everything upward

Consumer Growth Post-Launch

- Set up and optimise online delivery listings:



menus, photos, pricing, ratings strategy
- Drive hyperlocal footfall — local partnerships, launch offers, community activations
- Own and report first 90-day post-launch KPIs: orders, ratings, revenue run-rate

Who You Are

- 3-5 years in F&B;, QSR, or retail ops — ground experience, not just HO
- Calculative — you track costs, timelines, and vendor quotes tightly
- Analytical — you read delivery platform dashboards and act on data
- Strong communicator — vendors respect you, franchisees trust you, internal teams align with you
- Good instinct — you know when something's off before the numbers confirm it
- Comfortable with ambiguity and multiple parallel store launches

Bonus if You Have

- Experience with Online delivery restaurant management panels
- Prior franchise or multi-unit ops exposure
- Vendor network in Mumbai or key metros

What Success Looks Like

- Stores open within agreed timelines and budget
- Franchisee satisfaction through the setup phase
- Stores hitting delivery revenue targets within 90 days of launch

Location: Mumbai (travel to store locations as required in and outside city) Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,185.58 per month
