Audisphere is building a global technology and business consulting company focused on AI systems, intelligent automation, cloud, platform engineering and managed operations.

We are looking for a Founding CTO / Technical Partner to take ownership of Audisphere’s technical direction and help build the engineering and delivery capabilities behind our consulting business.

This is not a salaried role initially. It is intended for someone who wants to build Audisphere as a long-term technical partner rather than join as a conventional employee. The role will include meaningful minority equity with vesting. A fixed salary will be introduced once the company reaches an agreed revenue or funding milestone.

What you'll do

- Own Audisphere’s technical architecture, engineering standards and technology strategy
- Participate in qualified client discovery, presales and technical discussions
- Design AI, automation, cloud and enterprise software solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical scopes, architectures and delivery plans
- Prepare technical estimates and implementation approaches
- Build or oversee prototypes, demonstrations and proof-of-concept systems
- Select, coordinate and review engineers and specialist contractors
- Ensure delivery quality across architecture, security, reliability and scalability
- Help establish engineering processes and technical governance
- Build and lead Audisphere’s engineering organization as the company grows
- Work directly with the CEO on technology strategy, service development and major client engagements

We're looking for someone with




- Strong software and systems architecture experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or comparable cloud platforms
- Practical experience building AI/LLM applications, intelligent automation or agentic systems
- Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs and enterprise integrations
- Experience designing systems from prototype through production deployment
- Good understanding of cloud architecture, security, scalability and observability
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make independent architecture decisions
- Solid communication skills and confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience leading engineers, contractors or technical delivery
- Genuine interest in building a company and taking long-term ownership of its technology

Experience delivering technology projects for international clients is strongly preferred. StructureLocation: Remote (Assam, India)

Commitment: Approximately 15–25 hours per week initially

Compensation: No fixed salary initially

Equity: Meaningful minority equity with vesting, based on experience, commitment and responsibilities

Future: Expected to transition toward a full-time CTO position as Audisphere reaches commercial scale

Investment: Not required. Any personal investment would be discussed separately from compensation and equity

This role is best suited to an experienced technical leader who wants to take meaningful ownership of a company’s technology, help shape its engineering organization from an early stage, and build long-term value alongside the founding team.
