Role Description<

The Founder’s Office Intern role is an internship position designed to provide exposure to core business, creative, and operational functions. This is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on project requirements. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting the founder with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of photoshoots, cinematography projects, and ad campaigns; preparing reports and presentations; and supporting client communication and follow-ups.

The intern may help with basic research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients, as well as contribute to internal process improvement and content planning. This role is suited for individuals who want hands-on experience in a digital content business and are comfortable working in a quick-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to support daily operations and founder coordination.




- Basic understanding of digital content services (photoshoots, cinematography, ads) and interest in creative industries.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; ability to draft emails, notes, and simple reports clearly.
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, online collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn new software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct basic research, summarize findings, and present actionable insights.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and openness to feedback; ability to work both independently and in a small team setting.
- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; background in business, media, communications, or related fields is an advantage.

- Availability to be present in Lucknow for on-site work as required and to manage hybrid responsibilities effectively.
