About MashcadoMashcado is building a new generation of convenient avocado products for the Indian market.

We are currently preparing for our first commercial launch and are looking for a curious, energetic and proactive intern to work closely with the founder and help build Mashcado from the ground up.

This is a generalist startup role — you'll work across research, growth, promotion, social media and business development.

What You'll Work OnMarket & Business Research

- Research competitors, products, pricing and positioning
- Identify market trends and consumer insights
- Research potential retail stores, cafés, gyms, distributors and other sales channels
- Identify potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities
- Research food, FMCG and startup trends

Growth & Promotion

- Find creative and affordable ways to get Mashcado in front of potential customers
- Research and identify relevant creators, communities and brands for collaborations
- Assist with product sampling and promotional activities
- Help grow Mashcado's waitlist and early customer community
- Support launch campaigns and marketing initiatives

Brand & Social Media

- Maintain Mashcado's Instagram and other digital platforms
- Research content ideas and trends
- Help plan the content calendar
- Assist with captions, posts, Reels and stories
- Monitor engagement and audience feedback
- Help maintain a consistent brand presence

Founder Support

- Turn research into useful insights and action items




- Build and maintain research databases and spreadsheets
- Assist with outreach and communication
- Help with projects across different areas of the business
- Take ownership of small projects from research to execution

What You'll GetYou'll work directly with the Founder & CEO and get hands-on exposure to how an FMCG brand is built from the ground up — from market research and branding to promotion, partnerships and launch. Stipend: ₹5,000/month

You'll also have the opportunity to see your ideas actually implemented and potentially grow into a larger role as Mashcado scales.

- Robust at online research
- Interested in startups, FMCG, food, branding or business
- Comfortable with Instagram and digital platforms
- Good with Google Sheets / Excel
- A clear communicator
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Creative enough to come up with ideas, but practical enough to execute them

Students and recent graduates are welcome. You don't need to know everything. We want someone who can figure things out.
