NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a sharp, commercially-minded finance professional to work closely with the Founders at Union Living.

NThis role goes beyond traditional finance. You will work at the intersection of finance, operations and strategy, helping leadership understand business performance, identify cost leakages, strengthen financial governance and drive better decision-making across the organisation.

NWhat You'll Do

n1.P&L; & MIS Management

N

n
- Analyse property-level P&Ls;, unit economics and operational MIS.
N
- Track revenue, costs, margins and key financial metrics across properties.
N
- Build and maintain regular MIS and management reports.
N
- Identify trends and support predictive cost forecasting.
N

n2. Cost Control & Financial Audits

N

n
- Conduct detailed audits of petty cash, vendor payouts and property-level expenses.
N
- Identify cost leakages,irregularities, process gaps and unnecessary expenditure.
N
- Track budget vs. actuals and highlight significant variances.
N
- Work with operations teams to implement cost-control measures.
N

n3. Revenue & Business Analysis

- Analyse revenue performance at the property and unit level.
N
- Identify income anomalies, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
N
- Evaluate unit economicsand key business drivers.
N
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights.
N

n4. Founder's Office & Strategy

- Work directly with the Founders on financial and strategic initiatives.
N
- Prepare executive-leveldashboards, analysis and business reviews.
N
- Present key findings and actionable recommendations to leadership.
N
- Support strategic projects involving profitability, cost optimisation and business growth.

nWhat We're LookingFor

N

n
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A;, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Internal Audit or a similar role.
N
- Strong understanding ofP&L; statements, unit economics, MIS and financial analysis.
N
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
N
- Ability to identify inconsistencies, financial leakages and operational inefficiencies.
N
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills.
N
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of analysis and projects.
N
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to senior leadership.
N
- A commercially-orientedmindset with an interest in understanding how businesses operate and make money.
