Founder’s Office – Brand & ContentInternship + Full-Time

Location: Palam, Delhi; primarily on-site

Working days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work for shoots, events or other work requirements

Hours: Typically 11 AM–7 PM; hours may vary with the work

Travel: Outside Delhi when required

Meyakara is a fashion brand built around The Shape of Your Escape. We’re looking for someone who can create and manage our social media content while helping the founder keep brand projects moving.

This is a hands-on role. You will make content yourself, appear on camera when required, and take responsibility for clear follow-through on agreed projects.

What you'll do:

Brand and content

- Plan a weekly content calendar for Instagram, collection updates and campaigns.
- Develop ideas, write captions and short scripts, and create posts and stories.
- Shoot and edit reels, garment details and behind-the-scenes content.
- Appear on camera in brand photographs and videos when required.
- Publish approved content and manage comments and DMs.
- Support Meta campaigns and review content performance to suggest improvements.
- Keep footage, designs, editable files and final assets organised.

Founder’s Office support

- Coordinate shoot plans, schedules, shot lists, samples and other agreed logistics.
- Maintain a easy tracker for launch tasks, deadlines, decisions and follow-ups.




- Follow up with team members and external collaborators on assigned work.
- Research relevant customer feedback, competitors and campaign ideas, then summarise useful findings for the founder.
- Flag delays or decisions needed early and keep agreed projects moving.

What we're looking for:

- Examples of content you have personally planned, shot, edited or managed. Personal and college projects are welcome.
- Practical ability to shoot and edit a reel, write clear copy and use Canva or a similar design tool.
- Confidence both behind and in front of the camera.
- Strong written English, organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to follow through with people and keep several tasks on track.
- Interest in fashion, brand building and digital marketing.
- Availability for on-site work, occasional weekends and travel.

Internship applicants should show hands-on ability and willingness to learn. Full-time applicants should be able to take ownership of content and assigned projects with substantial independence.
