About CasaMonde AI

CasaMonde AI is a Mumbai-based Property-Tech startup building technology and AI tools to simplify real estate sales, channel partner engagement and customer journeys.

We’re bringing together the worlds of real estate and technology, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape how our business is understood, presented and grown.

Your Role

You will work directly with the founder, with marketing and agency management at the centre of your responsibilities.

You’ll help plan campaigns, coordinate creative work, review deliverables and keep execution moving. Alongside this, you’ll support presentations, meetings, launches and selected business projects as priorities evolve.

Our agency partners will handle specialist marketing execution. You will help connect their work with the founder’s priorities and the needs of our product and sales teams.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

- Turn ideas into action: Convert discussions with the founder into transparent briefs, plans, responsibilities and deadlines.
- Keep the agency delivering: Coordinate campaigns, content calendars, creatives and videos; consolidate feedback and follow work through to completion.
- Help shape the brand: Contribute campaign ideas, research competitors and customers, and suggest ways to communicate CasaMonde’s value more clearly.
- Maintain quality: Review copy, designs and presentations for clarity, accuracy and consistency before approval.
- Understand what works: Track campaign progress,



spending and performance; work with the agency and sales team to understand lead quality and results.
- Prepare for important conversations: Help create pitch decks, meeting briefs and product demonstrations, and join relevant meetings with the founder.
- Connect the teams: Coordinate with technology, sales and external partners to gather inputs, resolve blockers and keep projects moving.
- Support the next priority: Contribute to launches, events, team coordination and other business initiatives where the founder needs support.

Who We’d Like to Meet You have around 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, agency client servicing, campaign coordination, startup operations or a similar role.

More importantly, you:

- Take initiative and follow through without needing repeated reminders.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Hindi.
- Can organise several priorities while keeping track of the details.
- Understand the basics of social media, content, digital advertising and campaign performance.
- Have good judgement about what makes a message, creative or presentation effective.
- Are comfortable asking questions, giving constructive feedback and suggesting solutions.
- Enjoy learning about technology, AI and how businesses grow.
- Can adapt when priorities change and communicate early when something needs clarification or support.
- Are comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations and AI tools in your daily work.

Experience working with agencies, designers, writers or video editors is especially useful. Real estate or PropTech experience is welcome, but not essential. Why This Role Is Worth Considering

Where You’ll Work

This is a full-time, in - person role across our Mumbai work locations.

You will work alongside the founder at our Juhu office, Avenor Park in Vidyavihar, and relevant business meeting locations. Your working location will depend on the business schedule, so regular local travel and comfort working across locations are essential.

Role Details

- Experience: 1–3 years preferred
- Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 gross per month, depending on experience and suitability
- Employment: Full-time, permanent
- Reporting to: Founder
