MVNT is a culture and discovery platform exploring people, ideas, work, ambition, wellness, sport, creativity and everyday life through stories and conversations.

We believe interesting stories exist everywhere — not just in boardrooms or startup offices.

They could come from a founder building a company, a corporate professional navigating a nine-to-five career, an athlete pursuing a goal, a wellness practitioner, a traffic police officer, a bus driver or someone with an unusual life story worth sharing.

We’re looking for a curious, organised and resourceful individual to work directly with the founder and help build MVNT’s content and editorial operations from the ground up.

What you’ll do

Discover interesting people and potential guests across different professions and walks of life.

Research guests and develop story angles, interview briefs and question frameworks.

Maintain guest databases, episode trackers and the content calendar.

Help prepare content for YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn, including titles, captions and descriptions.

Work with the founder to review and edit recorded content using Riverside.

Help organise publishing schedules and keep projects moving.

Bring your own ideas and recommendations instead of simply waiting for instructions.

Who we’re looking for

Curious about people, their work, their lives and the world around them.

Interested in more than just business or entrepreneurship.

Comfortable with Instagram,



research, spreadsheets and ChatGPT or other AI tools.

Organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Interested in content, storytelling, wellness, sport, lifestyle or culture.

You don’t need to be an expert in every subject. Curiosity, initiative and positive judgement matter more than an impressive CV.

Freshers and early-career candidates are welcome.

Working details

Hours: 6 hours per day — either 10 AM–4 PM or 11 AM–5 PM, as mutually agreed.

Days: Monday to Friday; Saturday and Sunday off.

Arrangement: Hybrid or office-based in Mumbai, as agreed before joining.

Compensation: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month.

This is a part-time role offering direct exposure to the process of building a brand, discovering stories and developing content. As MVNT grows, there may be opportunities to take on greater responsibility.
