Panigrahana Weddings is hiring a dedicated Founder Content Creator –

- Shooter &
- Video Editor to work closely with founder Chaithanya Ganesh in Bengaluru.

Full-time | On-site, office-first in Bengaluru

CTC: up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on portfolio and fit.

The role

Own the daily content workflow from idea to ready-to-publish video. Capture the founder’s insights, real workday and behind-the-scenes stories, then turn them into authentic, engaging short-form content about building a business and life as a founder, beyond weddings alone. The founder will contribute ideas and appear on camera; you will own shooting, editing and delivery without repeated follow-ups.

What you will do

- Plan content themes, simple talking points, shot lists and a practical shoot calendar.

•
- Proactively capture founder-led videos, office moments, event stories and useful B-roll using mobile and/or camera setups.

- Handle framing, clean audio and practical lighting independently.

•
- Edit short-form videos with strong openings, clear storytelling, pacing, accurate subtitles, captions and platform-appropriate formats for Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn.

- Plan and deliver seven ready-to-publish posts per week through batch capture and a daily content pipeline: organise footage, back up files, track edits and approvals, and deliver final exports with captions and covers where needed.

- Review content performance and use the findings to improve future work.

•
- Obtain approval and appropriate consent before recording or publishing clients, guests, private conversations or calls; protect confidential client and business information.

What we are looking for

•
- A portfolio showing both shooting and editing, with your contribution clearly explained.

•
- Robust short-form storytelling, reliable execution and attention to audio, subtitles and visual detail.

•
- Confidence working independently with a founder and turning everyday business moments into useful content. Kannada and English content skills are helpful, but not mandatory.

•
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and attend event, travel and late-evening shoots when scheduled. Share any availability constraints upfront so shoot hours, travel arrangements and turnaround times can be agreed clearly.
