Role Description As a Founder’s Associate — Brand & Digital at Moosh, you will work closely with the founder to shape and execute brand and digital initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves coordinating brand campaigns, managing digital touchpoints, and supporting strategic decisions across marketing, content, and customer experience. Daily tasks may include assisting with brand storytelling, overseeing social media calendars, collaborating with designers and agencies, tracking performance metrics, and organizing launch activities.

You will also contribute to market research, competitor analysis,



and internal documentation to help build scalable processes and a consistent brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong brand and marketing skills, including an understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, and digital-first consumer brands.
- Experience with digital channels such as social media, email, and websites, including basic analytics and performance tracking.
- Solid communication and writing skills for transparent internal coordination and compelling external messaging.
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat and partnering closely with the founder and small team.
- Interest in personal care, beauty, or consumer products and a willingness to learn about ingredients and formulations.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project management software); familiarity with design tools is an advantage.
