About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who can work closely with clients to understand their requirements, translate them into AI-powered product experiences, and coordinate with the product and engineering teams to deliver solutions.

This is a hybrid role between AI product, client-facing implementation, and technology. You should be comfortable understanding a client's business problem, experimenting with AI tools and prompts, building prototypes, and taking them toward production.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, workflows, pain points, and expectations.
- Convert client requirements into clear AI product use cases, workflows, and specifications.
- Build and configure AI-powered video experiences/products using Dilogs AI.
- Create and optimize AI prompts for text, video, voice, characters, and other generative AI workflows.
- Experiment with different AI models and tools to improve quality, consistency, accuracy, and output.
- Build quick POCs and prototypes to validate ideas with clients.
- Understand the basics of APIs, webhooks, JSON, REST APIs, integrations, and other technical concepts.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to take client requirements from concept to deployment.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and act as the bridge between the client and technical teams.
- Manage multiple client projects and ensure requirements, timelines, approvals,



and deliverables are tracked.
- Understand client feedback and translate it into actionable product/engineering requirements.
- Assist in creating demo flows, scripts, storyboards, AI characters, and video concepts.
- Maintain documentation for client requirements, configurations, workflows, and implementation details.
- Continuously explore recent AI tools, models, prompting techniques, and workflows that can improve Dilogs AI products.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in Generative AI, AI agents, AI video, and emerging AI technologies.
- Good understanding of prompt engineering and ability to iterate prompts based on output quality.
- Basic technical knowledge of:
- APIs and API integrations
- JSON
- Webhooks
- REST APIs
- Basic debugging
- Understanding of how frontend/backend systems interact
- Ability to understand a client's business and ask the right questions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients and client requirements to engineers.
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where requirements can change quickly.




- Ability to learn new AI tools and technologies independently.

Good to Have

- Experience with AI video generation, avatars, digital humans, TTS/STT, LLMs or image generation.
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs or similar AI platforms.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience working with APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Previous experience in solutions engineering, implementation, product, consulting, customer success, or technical account management.
- Experience working with enterprise clients.

What Success Looks Like In this role, you should be able to: Understand the client → Define the use case → Build the AI prototype → Iterate the prompts/output → Coordinate engineering → Deploy the solution → Ensure the client is satisfied.

Ideal Candidate

You don't necessarily need to be a hardcore software engineer.

We are looking for someone who is technical enough to build and troubleshoot, product-minded enough to understand what should be built, and client-oriented enough to understand why it needs to be built.

The ideal FDE is someone who can sit with a client in the morning, understand their problem, build an AI-powered prototype in the afternoon, and work with engineering to take it toward production.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
