Role Description The Formulation Executive will be responsible for the development, optimization, and scale-up of pharmaceutical formulations in line with regulatory and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre-formulation studies, designing and executing formulation trials, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with R&D;, QA, QC, and production teams to ensure smooth technology transfer.



The role involves monitoring manufacturing processes, troubleshooting formulation-related issues, and supporting stability studies and process validation activities.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at the manufacturing facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to WHO-GMP and other relevant guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in pharmaceutics and formulation development, including experience with solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, scale-up, and technology transfer in a WHO-GMP or similar regulated environment.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical formulations.
- Ability to conduct and interpret stability studies, process validation, and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
- Proficiency in using formulation and analytical tools, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Prior experience in a formulation/R&D; role in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Willingness to work full time on-site at Baddi and comply with all safety and quality standards.
