Role Description The Food & Beverage Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at The Park Hotels in Hyderabad. This team member supports daily food and beverage operations in restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring that guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.

Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams,



assisting with buffet setups or banquets, handling basic billing or payment procedures, and adhering to hygiene, safety, and brand standards. The associate is expected to create memorable dining experiences, respond to guest needs, and uphold The Park’s standards of luxury boutique hospitality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including basic knowledge of menus, service styles, and hygiene standards.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess foundational Culinary Skills, such as understanding of ingredients, plating basics, and coordination with kitchen teams.
- Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or bar operations is beneficial, especially within upscale or boutique environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to perform standing, walking, and light lifting duties throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail, a professional appearance, and a solid commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality service.
- Relevant hospitality or food & beverage training, certifications, or a diploma in hotel management or related field is an advantage.
