Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Overall Floor Supervisor to manage day-to-day shop floor operations in the Printing / Book Printing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for production workflow, manpower management, productivity, quality, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise overall shop floor operations and daily production activities.
- Ensure production is completed as per schedules and dispatch timelines.
- Manage operators, helpers, bindery, and production floor staff.
- Allocate manpower and monitor daily productivity.
- Achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
- Follow SOPs and company safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of experience in Printing / Book Printing Industry is mandatory.
- Experience in managing factory/shop floor operations and production workflow.
- Robust leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in printing and book production operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
