We are looking for a Fleet manager to manage the daily operation, deployment and maintenance of our construction equipment fleet including Tower cranes, Passenger hoists and Truck mounted crane of total 25 equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee fleet operation, repair, and preventive maintenance schedules.

- Manage operators, technicians, and support staff.

- Recruit and deploy operating crew as per project requirements.

- Clients meeting and marketing.

- Control maintenance and repair costs.

- Prepare monthly performance summaries.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and operators for equipment deployment.

- Assist the Managing Director in follow-ups, quotations, and rental negotiations.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Or any degree with similer experience.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction equipment management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
