Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Fleet executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our scooter rental shop. The role involves handling customer bookings, vehicle handovers and returns, maintaining rental records, and ensuring that all vehicles are properly managed and stored.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle scooter/bike rental bookings and customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

- Coordinate vehicle pickup/drop-off and handover to customers.

- Check vehicle condition before and after each rental.

- Maintain records of vehicle rentals, returns, payments, deposits, and customer details.

- Coordinate with customers regarding pickup and return timings.

Requirements





- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to maintain records and handle basic cash/payment transactions.

- Responsible, punctual, and organized.

- Two-wheeler valid driving licence required

- Previous experience in rental, hospitality, customer service, or store operations will be an advantage.
