Position: Senior Five9 Technical Consultant

Location: Hyderabad(Gachibowli)

Work Arrangement: 100% On Site

We are looking for an experienced Senior Five9 Technical Consultant to lead technical assessments, discovery sessions, and customer workshops for a Five9 contact center engagement. The candidate will work closely with customer business and technical stakeholders to assess the existing contact center workplace, understand requirements, and provide recommendations for the future-state Five9 solution and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Five9 technical assessments and discovery sessions.
- Conduct and participate in onsite, in-person customer workshops.
- Analyze the customer's existing contact center environment and technical requirements.
- Design and recommend Five9 contact center solutions and architecture.
- Provide expertise in IVR, call routing, queues, campaigns, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
- Identify integration requirements between Five9 and CRM or other enterprise applications.
- Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.




- Provide technical recommendations and help define the future-state architecture and implementation roadmap.
- Lead technical discussions and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and business teams.
- Support the overall assessment and workshop activities with senior-level Five9 expertise.

Required Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with the Five9 Contact Center platform.
- Experience working as a Five9 Architect, Technical Architect, Senior Consultant, or Technical Lead.
- Strong experience with Five9 configuration and architecture.
- Experience designing IVR and call flows.
- Strong knowledge of call routing, queues, campaigns, and contact center workflows.
- Experience with Five9 APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating Five9 with CRM and other enterprise applications.
- Experience conducting technical assessments, discovery sessions, and customer workshops.
- Strong solution architecture and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
