Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various fintech roles, including software development, data analysis, compliance, and product management.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Create and manage compelling job descriptions and postings on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.

Requirements
- Min 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Fintech industry.




- Understanding the hiring requirements of the client.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
- Should have mastered the art to attract candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
- Skill to review resumes and screen candidates.
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
- Solid skills in managing clients and getting new demand.
- Team player, goal oriented and passionate to take up new challenges.
