- Site Supervision &
- Execution:

Supervise day-to-day activities like plastering, waterproofing, flooring, false ceiling, painting, joinery, and glazing, plumbing etc

- Quality Control (QC): Ensure all finished works align with architectural drawings, design specifications, and quality standards, performing regular inspections.

- Snagging &

- Handover: Identify finishing defects (snags), ensure rectification (de-snagging) by contractors, and prepare units for final client handover.

- Material Management: Ensure proper procurement, quality check, usage, and storage of finishing materials to minimize wastage.

- Coordination &

- Vendor Management:

Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery and workflow.

- Planning &

- Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly, and monthly target schedules (e.g., using MS Project/Primavera)



and report progress, budget compliance, and bottlenecks to management.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Enforce health and safety protocols (HSE) in office.

Key Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Experience: 5- 7 years of experience in high-end finishing projects (residential and commercial).

- Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret AutoCAD or Revit architectural drawings, shop drawings, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

- Soft Skills: Strong supervision skills, negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
