Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in financial performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing and submitting required reports to relevant authorities on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in data reconciliation.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Reporting Specialist role or related field.
- Robust understanding of financial reporting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
