Hiring: Financial Reporting Professionals – Hedge & Private Equity Funds

We are looking for experienced professionals with 6–10 years of relevant experience in fund accounting / financial reporting to join our team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities: (not a Fund Accounting role)

Prepare and review financial statements for Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds under US GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.

Prepare and review FAR forms as per CIMA for Mutual Funds and Private Funds.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Support training, process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives.

Coordinate with global teams, clients, and auditors to resolve complex queries.

Identify issues, investigate root causes,



and recommend solutions to management.

Monitor tools and templates and ensure timely resolution of system/process issues.

Support Managers in monitoring team performance and quality standards.

Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
