Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) skilled to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry and a strong foundation in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role requires a proactive individual who can deliver insights, support decision-making, and contribute to the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain project cash flow models, including debt-related projections and incorporating debt terms.

Manage weekly and monthly forecasting of cash flows by gathering inputs from all stakeholders.

Develop and maintain the company's annual budgeting and forecasting process.

Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts, providing insights into performance drivers.

Collaborate with project teams to track and report project-wise profitability, cost overruns, and revenue recognition.

Support senior management in strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Monitor key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and lenders.





Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders as required.

Qualifications & Certifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field such as Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or Business Administration.

Formal training or certification in advanced MS Excel. Candidates without a certificate should be able to demonstrate equivalent proficiency in a live Excel assessment.

Strongly Preferred

CA (Inter or Final) with articleship completed. Completion of the CPA course is viewed equally favourably.

MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute, CMA, ACCA, or CFA (Level I / Level II cleared).

A financial modelling and valuation certification.

Great to Have

Power BI or Tableau.

Excel automation - macro creation and VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX.

Working knowledge of SQL for pulling and reconciling data from company systems.

Certification or structured training in Ind AS / IFRS.

Experience with ERP systems used in real estate.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the real estate sector, including RERA reporting requirements and applicable GST and TDS provisions.

NISM or equivalent certification, and any structured training in real estate finance, debt structuring, or project finance.

Required Skills & Experience

3-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis,



specifically in the real estate sector.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with real estate project financials, including revenue recognition and cost control.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
