Experience:

10–15+ years in Finance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Role Overview The GM/VP – Finance & Wealth Management will lead the financial strategy, wealth advisory operations, and client portfolio management functions of the organization. The role requires a strong blend of financial acumen, leadership, and client relationship management to drive business growth, profitability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the Finance / Wealth Management vertical, driving revenue growth and profitability

● Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company goals

● Oversee client portfolio management, investment advisory, and wealth planning services

● Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers, advisors, and analysts

● Ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI/RBI/AMFI or relevant financial authority guidelines)-N.A

● Drive client acquisition, retention, and relationship management strategies

● Monitor market trends, investment products, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities

● Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to leadership

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations,



Compliance, Risk) to ensure smooth business operations

● Manage budgeting, P&L; responsibility, and cost optimization for the vertical

● Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and strategic partnerships

Required Skills & Qualifications

● MBA / B.Com / M.Com relevant postgraduate qualification in Finance

● Proven experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Financial Planning

● Strong understanding of financial markets, mutual funds, insurance, and investment products

● Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills

● Strong analytical and strategic decision-making ability

● Proficiency in financial software/tools and CRM systems

● Prior experience managing a team and P&L; responsibility is mandatory

● Currently Working as AUM/Plain Captain Role

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
