About the Role The Finance Manager will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for day-to-day financial operations, accounting, reconciliations, MIS, partner settlements, expense controls, and reporting.

The role will work closely with the Head – Finance, business teams, lenders, partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Accounting

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain financial records, documentation, and internal controls.

1. MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly finance MIS for management.
- Track revenue, expenses, collections, payouts, commissions, and profitability.
- Prepare budget-versus-actual variance reports.
- Support the Head – Finance with CEO/CXO-level reporting and dashboards.

1. Partner & Lender Reconciliation

- Manage reconciliation with lenders, NBFCs, banks, and business partners.
- Track disbursals, settlements, commissions, and partner payouts.
- Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate partner-wise receivable and payable positions.

1. Business Finance Support

- Support financial analysis for products, channels, and business initiatives.
- Track unit economics, contribution margins, and customer acquisition costs.




- Analyse revenue and cost trends and highlight key variances.
- Assist the Head – Finance in planning and forecasting.

1. Accounts Payable & Receivables

- Monitor vendor invoices, partner payouts, and payment schedules.
- Track receivables and outstanding amounts.
- Ensure timely processing of approved payments.
- Maintain ageing reports and escalation mechanisms.

1. Audit, Compliance & Controls

- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial schedules and data.
- Ensure adherence to finance SOPs and approval matrices.
- Support implementation of stronger financial controls.

1. Treasury & Cash Flow Support

- Support daily cash-flow tracking and liquidity reporting.
- Monitor upcoming payment obligations and collections.
- Assist the Head – Finance with cash-flow forecasting.
- Maintain banking and payment-related records.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 6–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, MIS, FP&A;, or Business Finance.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in FinTech, NBFC, Digital Lending, BFSI, or Financial Services preferred.
- Strong experience in accounting, reconciliations, and financial MIS.
- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills; ERP/accounting-system exposure preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.
