Location: India /n Experience: 20+ years /n Level: Executive Leadership /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven head of Finance to lead the global finance function and partner with the CEO and executive leadership team in driving the company's next phase of growth. /n The leader will be responsible for financial strategy, business performance, governance, risk management and value creation, while building a scalable and high-performing finance organization. /n Key Responsibilities /n Financial Strategy & Business Partnership /n /n

- Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with business and growth objectives.

/n

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions, investments, expansion and value-creation initiatives.

/n

- Provide financial insights to drive sustainable growth, profitability and operational efficiency.

/n

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial performance management.

/n /n P&L;, Cash Flow & Commercial Finance /n /n

- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization and overall P&L; performance.

/n

- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital and treasury management across global operations.

/n

- Establish strong commercial finance practices around pricing, contracts, project profitability and customer economics.

/n

- Develop and monitor financial and business KPIs across geographies and business units.

/n /n Governance & Risk /n /n

- Ensure robust financial controls, governance, compliance and risk-management frameworks.

/n

- Oversee statutory, tax and financial reporting requirements across relevant geographies.

/n

- Manage relationships with auditors, banking partners, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.

/n /n M&A; & Strategic Initiatives /n /n

- Lead financial evaluation and due diligence for potential acquisitions,



investments and strategic partnerships.

/n

- Support deal structuring, valuation, integration planning and post-transaction performance.

/n

- Evaluate new business models and strategic opportunities from a financial and commercial perspective.

/n /n Finance Transformation & Leadership /n /n

- Drive automation, digitization and data-driven decision-making across the finance function.

/n

- Build scalable finance processes and systems to support the company's global growth.

/n

- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance organization.

/n

- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, Board and executive leadership team.

/n /n Ideal Candidate Profile /n /n

- Progressive finance experience, with significant experience in Head of Finance/ Finance Director / VP Finance roles.

/n

- Strong experience within technology, IT services, digital engineering, software or product-led organizations.

/n

- Proven experience managing global finance operations, preferably across India and North America.

/n

- Robust expertise in P&L; management, financial planning, cash flow, governance and commercial finance.

/n

- Experience with M&A;, due diligence, investments, fundraising or strategic corporate finance will be an advantage.

/n

- Strong understanding of the financial and commercial dynamics of technology / IT services businesses.

/n

- Experience partnering with CEOs, Boards and senior leadership teams.

/n

- Strong commercial orientation, strategic thinking and ability to translate financial insights into business decisions.

/n

- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams in a growth-oriented environment.

/n /n Qualifications /n /n

- CA / CPA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

/n

- Exposure to US GAAP / IFRS and Indian accounting and regulatory frameworks is preferred.

/n

- Experience in a high-growth, global technology organization will be highly valued.
