Position: Finance Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Experience: 1-2 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Noida sec 68 Salary: 20K-35K Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Record and maintain financial transactions accurately. Assist in preparing invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. Maintain and organize financial documents and records. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing activities. Track expenses, payments, and outstanding receivables. Assist with payroll-related finance activities when required. Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation and information.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related documentation under supervision.



Perform any other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools will be an advantage. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of GST and TDS. Understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliation. Knowledge of Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables is an added advantage. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
