About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance team with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing accurate, timely, and insightful P&L; for the month. In this role, you will help prepare, review, and circulate regular management reports, ensure data accuracy, and support the finance team with day-to-day reporting and reconciliation activities.

What you’ll do

- Update and maintain reporting templates and dashboards in Excel
- Collect and consolidate data from accounting software (Tally/SAP/ERP), sales, and operations teams
- Reconcile MIS figures with books of accounts and flag any mismatches
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across reports
- Support month-end closing activities such as accruals and provisions.
- Provide supporting documents for internal and statutory audits.
- Accounting and reconciliation of marketplaces sales data as per MIS and as per SAP.
- Verification of provision vs actual booking mapping the correct GL with the accounting team

What we’re looking for

- A graduate or someone pursuing/completed CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA Finance is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years in MIS, accounting, or financial reporting (solid freshers with good Excel skills may also apply)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
- Sound understanding of accounting basics and financial statements.
- Good communication, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to learn
