Strong Knowledge of Accounting Standards

In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and GAAP, with the ability to apply relevant accounting principles effectively.

Budgeting, Planning & Financial Analysis (FP&A;)

Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Prepare financial models, business projections, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Provide management with actionable insights on revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.

MIS, Reporting & Management Insights

Provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management. Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance reports to support effective business decision-making.

Analyze profitability, revenue, expenses, margins, working capital, and overall business performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.

Financial Statements & Consolidation

Hands-on experience in the preparation and finalization of financial statements, consolidation of accounts, and inter-company reconciliation.

Group Level Accounting Holding & Subsidiaries

Hands-on experience in the preparation of financial statement of overseas subsidiaries and consolidation with the holding company at Group level.

Audit & Compliance

Strong exposure to statutory, internal, and tax audits,



along with ensuring compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

Hands-on experience of dealing & coordinating with Statutory Auditors, preferably Big 6 .

GST & Taxation Compliance

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and manage direct tax compliance, including TDS, advance tax, income tax provisions, tax audits, and related statutory requirements.

Strategic Financial Advisory

Provide financial recommendations and insights to support business expansion, investment decisions, cost optimization, profitability improvement, and long-term financial planning.

Analytical & Leadership Skills

Strong analytical mindset with a high level of ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Team Building and Management

Capability to build, manage and lead the team

Valuable Communication Skills

Should be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Education qualification required:

- CA with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with experience in a senior finance management/controller role will be preferred.
- Listed Company experience will be preferred.
