Special Situation Advisors (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a Transaction Advisory firm specialising in stressed and distressed debt transactions, working with Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, AIFs and institutional investors.

Role Overview

We are looking for an MBA Finance professional with 1–2 years of experience to join our Transaction Advisory team. The candidate will work on live stressed-asset/NPL transactions and support end-to-end execution of sell-side and buy-side mandates.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyse secured and unsecured loan portfolios, including outstanding exposure, NPA ageing, recoveries, cash flows and key financial parameters.

· Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs), financial models, portfolio summaries and transaction presentations.

· Assist in portfolio valuation, recovery analysis and reserve-price assessment.

· Support end-to-end execution of sell-side and buy-side transaction mandates.

· Manage transaction data, VDRs, investor queries, due diligence requirements and MIS trackers.

· Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, AIFs and other institutional investors.

· Assist in investor outreach, bid comparison, transaction evaluation and closure.





· Work closely with senior management on live transactions and client assignments.

Candidate Profile

· MBA in Finance – mandatory.

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Credit, Banking, NBFC, ARC or Financial Analysis.

· Strong Excel, financial modelling and analytical skills.

· Good understanding of financial statements, cash flows and financial analysis.

· Robust PowerPoint and presentation skills with good written and verbal communication.

· Ability to handle large datasets, work independently and meet transaction deadlines.

· Strong attention to detail, ownership and willingness to learn.

· Preferred: Exposure to stressed assets/NPLs, credit analysis, portfolio analytics or transaction advisory.

Opportunity

Hands-on exposure to live transactions, portfolio valuation, investor interaction, financial modelling and end-to-end transaction execution, with an opportunity to progressively take ownership of transaction workstreams.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
