- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting Operations - Oversee General Ledger (GL) accounting and month-end close - Prepare and present weekly and monthly management reports - Manage statutory audits and ensure compliance - Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes - Review and validate payroll; coordinate with payroll vendors and HR - Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Ind AS/IGAAP - Support day-to-day accounting operations and financial controls The Successful Applicant We're looking for someone who has:





- 8-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Operations - Expertise in Payroll - Experience working with US GAAP and Ind AS/IGAAP - Solid hands-on experience in GL accounting, Exposure to AP/P2P, Statutary Audit - CA, CPA, or CMA qualification is desirable - Prior experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Product-based organisations/startups preferred.
