About the Role
We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive to manage finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities for our manufacturing plant in Vapi Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the plant.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses and vendor payments.
- Support monthly closing, budgeting and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, tax and internal audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
- Work closely with plant operations and management on finance-related matters.
- Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.
Requirements
- CA / CMA Qualified or CA / CMA Inter candidates preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and statutory compliance.
- Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP / AI Cloud will be preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from a manufacturing plant location in Gujarat.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel to Mumbai and Delhi.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Shift/Timings: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
